I began my career in Veterinary Nursing in 1990 at the age of sixteen. Over the following 12 years I qualified, and worked, in mixed, small animal and corporate practices, which included roles such as Head Nurse and assessor. In April 2002 I was offered a position of Sales Representative with Animalcare Ltd. I have now been working with them for 4 and a half years and last year was promoted to Regional Sales Supervisor. During my time with Animalcare I have always remained passionate about Veterinary Nursing and have always worked at least one weekend a month in practice. I feel that not only does this "keep my hand in" but also makes me a better Representative. When I'm not working (which isn't very often!) I enjoy socialising with my wonderful friends and spending time with my 2 dogs (Ted the terrier and Elvis the labrador).
