EXHIBITORS LEAD RETRIEVAL SYSTEM
For the first time at BVNA Congress we have secured lead-retrieval facilities. The exhibitor lead reference system includes:
- Simple to use, 5000 scan capacity bar code scanner for use during the event
- The ability to set up your own Lead Management for the event on-line, including your own lead qualification sheet which you can print at the office or collect on site
- Down-loads during the event, access to data 24 hours after the show closes
- 24 hours after the event you can (with a user name & password) log-on to the web-site and see all your sales leads from the event - From each individual scanner or all scanners together from your stand
- You can filter the data to report on everyone who was interested in a particular product or who is interested in purchasing in the next 3 months for example. Your lead qualification settings are all that limits how many different ways you will be able to analyse the data.
Visitor data will include
- Visitor name and Job title
- Visitor organisation name and full postal address
- Organisation telephone, e-mail & fax number
