Then why not use the BVNA Employment Register?

If a veterinary practice has a position vacant, they should contact BVNA and apply for a listing of candidates in their region who meet their requirements including:

Student Veterinary Nurse (Years 1 and 2)
Qualified Veterinary Nurse
Qualified and Listed Veterinary Nurse
Student Animal Nursing Assistant
Animal Nursing Assistant
Head Veterinary Nurse
Practice Manager
Receptionist

On the BVNA website, in the Situations Vacant section of the Employment Register, we will list details of job vacancies that have been registered with us (excluding those that have been registered with us for the purpose of receiving candidates who are listed on the Employment Register).

The details listed include:-

UK Region
Type of practice
Position vacant
Package details

Interested applicants will be asked to send their CV to BVNA either electronically, via fax or post, marked with the relevant job reference no and these will be send by BVNA to the practice who is advertising the vacant position.

This is available at a cost of £50.00 per month. Your details will be added to the website and remain there for a period of 4 weeks. If you wish to renew your details, you must contact BVNA otherwise the will expire.

If you would like to pursue any of the options listed above, please either download a copy of the PDF form and complete it and return to BVNA with monies due or alternatively telephone or email BVNA and ask for a copy of the form to be sent to you.
